• Select “PPOC” (Preferred Physicians of Children’s) as service area
• Login with username and password

• Go to Briarpatchpedi.com
• Click on the central link to MyChart
• Scroll down on the MyChart information page and follow the blue bolded link at the bottom to reach the login screen

Via email

• Open emailed link to access main MyChart login page
• Select “Sign Up Now”
• Input activation code, your date of birth, zip code, and email address
• Choose username, password, and security question
