ER vs. Doctor's Office

Your child's healthcare is a top priority for Briarpatch Pediatrics, and we offer 24/7 coverage for our patients, whether that be over the phone after hours or in the office. However, we know it can be difficult to choose whether to go to the doctor's office or to the emergency department in the middle of a medical issue. For this reason, we've made an easy-to-follow list of symptoms, and where to go if your child is having them.

We are always available to our patients, and we urge parents not to hesitate to call us if you are ever unsure of what next steps you should take for your child's health needs!
